This position is to provide clinical support to the THN Care Management Team to facilitate effective continuous office operations with a focus on exceptional customer service. Serves as the communication liaison for patients/family, THN care management team and providers. This position requires strong organizational skills in order to multi-task and prioritize referrals, assignments and requests. Professionalism and effective customer service is key when interacting with leaders in the organization, as well as internal and external customers. Serves as an assertive advocate and liaison between the patient, insurance companies, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, Social Security and community service organizations. This position requires confidentiality, discretion and shared duties among the team.EDUCATION:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's degreeEXPERIENCE:
2-4 years with high school diploma and administrative support experience
2-3 year with Associate degree and administrative support experience.
1-2 years of experience with Bachelor's degree and experience in administrative support.
Preferred: Healthcare experience preferred. Medical terminology and basic knowledge of Medicare and other health plans preferred.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Drivers License | Valid Drivers License
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
