The Preboarding Navigator's primary function is to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience by coordinating each candidate's seamless transition from Talent Acquisition Consultant through the completion of the pre-employment process. The Preboarding Navigator is charged with assessing each candidate's pre-employment needs and utilizing system resources to accurately and efficiently guide all administrative tasks of the pre-employment process. The Navigator will evaluate and resolve issues of moderate complexity, partnering with other Talent Acquisition professionals as well as hiring leaders, Staff Education, and Health At Work. The Navigator is expected to utilize system tools and learned skills to maximize efficiency and accuracy and follow established protocol to achieve and maintain standards of compliance. In all interactions, the representative will exhibit iCARE behaviors and fulfill the organization's brand promise by providing exceptional customer service.EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Some college coursework or Associates DegreeEXPERIENCE:
Required: Two or more years delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources/recruiting, sales, or related area Computer experience required with fluency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Experience strongly preferred in applicant tracking/Talent Acquisition systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or customer tracking databases.
