Exempt: No | FTE: 0.9 (36 hours/week) | Schedule: 7:00pm - 7:00am with weekends and holidays as needed | On Call: Yes

JOB SUMMARY:
Assesses, plans, implements, documents,organizes, prioritizes, delegates, supervises and coordinates the care ofneonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric patients as prescribed withinthe parameters of the NC Nurse Practice Act.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursingor actively pursuing BSN as determined by offer letter.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: New RN Graduates:Acceptance into Cone Health New Graduate program or completion of an acute carenew graduate program.
Preferred: Experienced RN: One yearof Acute Care RN experience is preferred. Hiring leader may consider other RNexperience at their discretion.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
RN | Registered Nurse licensed inNorth Carolina or a Compact state.
BLS (CPR) | AHA Health CareProvider BLS

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
RN | Registered Nurse licensed in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-AmericanRed Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider

PREFERRED
The following certifications are preferred and may be required within a certain timeframe of hire as defined by the specific nursing unit.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
Safe Training and Responsible Restraints (STARR)
For elink RN's only: CCRN certification preferred upon hire or required within 12 months of hire date.
