Job Description

LOCATION: Moses Cone Hospital, MHC - Plant Operations
CITY: Greensboro, NC

JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: No | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: Second shift rotating weekends | On Call: No

JOB SUMMARY:

Maintains facility at optimal operation by inspecting, repairing and providing continuous service of equipment and building systems.

EDUCATION:
Required - High school graduate or equivalent
Preferred - Trade school graduate with emphasis in one or more of the maintenance crafts.

EXPERIENCE:
Required - 3 years experience in maintenance/construction industry. (*This is not required if a trade school graduate.)
Preferred - Electrical, plumbing, mechanical or healthcare facilities maintenance experience preferred.
