The professional sourcer is partnered with the Talent Acquisition Consultant and hiring leader to understand and anticipate staffing needs using proactive and innovative sourcing strategies. The professional sourcer will assist in designing, implementing and evaluating sourcing strategies to meet and anticipate the staffing needs of the organization. Serves as a Brand Ambassador ensuring consistency of employer brand as used to attract diverse top talent. Creatively cultivates a solid candidate pipeline for anticipated and ongoing needs. Provides an exceptional experience for leaders and candidates through timely and accurate communication and demonstration of Cone's promise to be "right there with you".EDUCATION:
Required: BA/BS in a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education. EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 years of full cycle Talent Acquisition and sourcing field required. Application Tracking experience. Intermediate or advanced level experience using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
Preferred: Healthcare industry experience. Prior project/program management. Experience with INFOR ATSLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: Valid Driver's License
Preferred: SHRM-CP, PHR, CHHR, or other like certifications
