JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: No | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm | On Call: No
JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers through various project phases from schematic design to close-out, including construction contract administration, budget control, document organization, scheduling, project close-out and end user satisfaction.
EDUCATION:
Required:
2 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field of study or working towards a degree in Construction Management with a minimum of 4 years of practical experience within the construction industry or high school diploma and 8 years of practical experience within the construction industry
Preferred:
4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field of study.
EXPERIENCE: Required:
Minimum of 4 years working on construction related projects
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant Project Manager working in Healthcare Construction.
