Job Description
LOCATION: Alamance Regional Medical Center, ARMC-HCP CONTINUOUS CARE
CITY: Burlington, NC
JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: No | FTE: 0.9375 (38 hours/week) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, days, with other weekend | On Call: No
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides personal care services, assists with activities of daily living and home management tasks as outlined in the plan of care developed by the Supervising RN. Services may be rendered in the patients home or a facility
EDUCATION:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state approved Nurse Aide 1 training
EXPERIENCE:
Preferred - One year experience as a nursing assistant.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:
Drivers License | Valid Drivers License
BLS (CPR) | AHA Health Care Provider BLS
Required -
Current good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry verified through DFS
