Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and as needed | On Call: YesJOB SUMMARY:
Under immediate supervision, this position assists in the design, development, and code functional programs and applications in accordance to enterprise standards and end-user requirements. Responsibilities include managing day to day team activities, translating client to application features, creating prototypes according to specifications, write high quality source code for applications within deadlines, perform unit testing, troubleshoot and debug applications, evaluate existing applications to reprogram or update and add new features, and develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code. Successful performance of this role is demonstrated by the timely completion of all assigned project goals, which contribute to the overall provision of quality, efficient and effective business application solutions to support the decision making required in delivering patient care across the continuum. In addition, this position promotes high standards in regards to effective departmental and customer service.EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in relevant field, or
Associate's degree with 10 years' experience in relevant field, or
High school diploma with 15 years' experience in relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, analytics or other technical field.EXPERIENCE:
Healthcare experience, Preferred
5 years professional experience in software development life cycle, RequiredLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
