The Talent Acquisition Consultant serves as a highly trusted and engaged strategic partner responsible for defining open positions, attracting and hiring diverse top talent while offering metrics necessary to achieve best in class talent acquisition. Works with urgency along with assigned hiring leaders and other areas of People and Culture to design and implement effective and creative recruitment plans. Provides customer obsessed recruitment services in a timely, cost efficient and effective manner. Works closely with the hiring leaders to develop a unique personal and trusted relationship that allows for full understanding of their business. Proactively addresses staffing needs, while providing recruitment and workforce planning services. Allows each candidate the best experience through process guidance and continuous and timely status updates. Provides the necessary prep for candidates to present their best self. Consistently brings a high touch, top shelf level experience for both leader and candidate.EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Sales/marketing or related discipline or at least 7 years in recruitment with an Associate DegreeEXPERIENCE:
3 years of current Recruitment/HR experience, which allows for a developed knowledge base in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding that includes marketing opportunities, sourcing for talent, designing and executing selection processes through screening, interviewing, and utilization of Talent Science.
Prefer health care related recruitment and/or Human Resource experience.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
SHRM-CP, PHR, CHHR, or other like certifications
