Job Description

LOCATION: White Box, MCPS - Patient Engagement Center
CITY: Greensboro

JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: No | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: Monday - Friday; Varied schedule. Department is open 7:00am-7:00pm | On Call: NO

JOB SUMMARY:
This position handles all first call resolution for the practices assigned to the call center. The employee will transfer calls as appropriate, and/or make appointments as necessary. For procedures, the employee may pre-register the patient, verifying insurance, etc. In addition, the employee will assist with making referrals.

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 year of related experience, Required

Preferred: prior practice scheduling, front office experience. May consider prior call center experience
