JOB DETAILS: Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | On Call: NO
JOB SUMMARY: Develop, define and oversee key metrics and analytics strategy that help inform key People & Culture and business decisions. Partner closely with all People & Culture teams to leverage current systems, data structures, and other technologies to generate strategic and actionable reports, dashboards and tools that provide information to support process improvement efforts across the function. Partner closely with Analytics and IT teams. Provides moderate to complex analysis of information in report, metric and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand business performance, develop insights, and research automation opportunities, tools, and reporting to support and drive business performance.
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or closely related field
Preferred: Master's degree in business administration, HR, statistics, mathematics, computer science or a closely related field
EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED:
Five years of HR experience including a minimum of three years of demonstrated business analysis experience.
PREFERRED:
Prior experience with reporting tools such as Lawson Business Intelligence or Crystal Reports.
Prior experience with Infor, Halogen and Kronos.
Prior HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
Experience in learning new HR systems, and experience in implementing and improving systems strongly preferred.
Analytical platforms skills (Tableau) strongly preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: REQUIRED:
Valid Driver's License | If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management.
PREFERRED:
sHRBP, (S)PHR, SHRM-(S)CP, PAHR, SHRM People Analytics Specialty Certification
