JOB SUMMARY: The cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served for the café, tray line and dining room. All tasks are to be completed following the chefs exact specifications. Compliance with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures is a must. The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment.
EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
