The Service Desk Analyst is the first point of customer contact, providing exemplary service via telephone and remote desktop management enabling the customer to accomplish business tasks. This includes prioritizing, managing, and resolving various information system hardware and software problems to include applications, operating systems, and hardware.EDUCATION:
High School + 1 year of related experience or Associates DegreeEXPERIENCE
