Job Description

LOCATION: Medical Arts and Cancer Center, ARMC-EMPLOYEE ASSIST PROG
CITY: Burlington and Greensboro (likely two days at one facility and three days at the other)

JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: M-F with on-call | On Call:YES

JOB SUMMARY:
Toprovide management oversight of the EACP services and functions at assignedEACP campus site; to coordinate with Director to plan and develop EACPservices; and, to provide quality counseling services and mental health care toemployees of the Cone Health System.

EDUCATION:
Required- Minimum of a Masters Degree in the human service field
Preferred- Masters Degree in Counseling/Psychotherapy.

EXPERIENCE:
Required- Minimum of five years experience as a psychotherapist and 2 years ofleadership experience.
Preferred- Five years experience as a psychotherapist, 2 years leadership experience,and 2 years experience in provision of EAP services.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
DriversLicense | Valid Drivers License
Mustbe licensed by the state of North Carolina to provide psychotherapeuticassessment and treatment.

PREFERRED
LicensedClinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Fee-BasedPracticing Pastoral Counselor (FBPPC) or Marriage Family Therapist (MFT).
