The Employee Partnership Manager (EPM) is the senior HR leader at an assigned division and/or location. As a member of the divisional administrative team, the EPM is seen as the main HR partner for their assigned senior leaders, and leads their employee partnership team. The EPM coaches, trains and advises leaders and employees on Human Resource issues, policies, and procedures. Promotes an engaged workforce, rewards and recognition, corporate HR compliance, an environment of trust, fairness and teamwork through exceptional HR policies and procedures.EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelors Degree in a related field EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years demonstrated Human Resource experience with concentration in Employee Relations.
Preferred: Healthcare experience and demonstrated progressive HR leadership experience strongly preferredLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: SHRM-(S)CP or (S)PHR or CHHR
