The Leadership and Employee Development Consultant is responsible for the strategic partnership in development and delivery of processes and programs for enterprise wide employee, physician, and leadership development. This role serves as an internal expert on improving organizational performance by linking Cone Health strategic priorities with a comprehensive people development strategy. Collaborates with leaders and facilitates learning to build an inclusive high performance culture.EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields
Preferred: Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields EXPERIENCE:
Required: Five or more years of end-to-end employee and leadership organizational development experience (i.e. facilitation of programs, curriculum design, coaching leaders, LMS administration, e-learning development, program evaluation, etc.).
Preferred: Experience in various industries, not limited to healthcareLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: Valid Drivers License (If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management.)
Preferred: Certified/qualified to administer various talent assessment tools/inventories; Coaching certification
