The Enterprise Analytics Training Analyst is focused on delivering system-wide training for the various Analytic Data & Application Development products including reports, advanced data visualizations, and self-service applications. The role will function within the Cone Health Enterprise Analytics department and is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the various types of end-user trainings (written, video, instructor-led, virtual classroom). This work will be performed in accordance with enterprise standards, industry best practices, and with the expectation of fully meeting customer training needs.
Successful performance of this role is demonstrated by the timely completion of all assigned project goals, which contribute to the overall provision of quality, efficient and effective analytic solutions and trainings. To achieve success, collaboration with developers, quality assurance analysts, and customers is required. Strong technology skills, communication skills, and oral presentation skills are also required.
What this role is not: Developing the training material without leading or facilitating in-person or virtual classroom trainings.EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: Associate's degree
PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics or other computer-related fieldEXPERIENCE:
Experience developing training material and leading/facilitating instructor-led or virtual classroom trainings.
Experience creating technical documentation, typically required to understand and teach usage of an advanced application.
Knowledge of and/or experience with presentation technologies like PowerPoint, Prezi, or Microsoft Sway.
Knowledge of and/or experience with written communication tools like Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher.
Data, reporting, or analytics experience in the healthcare delivery, health insurance, or medical utilization.
Knowledge of and/or experience with Data Management practices including exposure to SQL.
Knowledge of and/or experience with agile development and agile concepts.
Knowledge of and/or experience with image editing technologies like Photoshop.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Valid driver's license - If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management.
