This position is accountable forcoordinating, facilitating and expediting all construction related activitieson assigned new construction and renovation projects throughout Moses ConeHealth System. Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.EDUCATION:
Required - High School Diploma,or equivalent
Preferred - Associates orBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field -strongly preferredEXPERIENCE:
Required - For High Schooldiploma - minimum of ten years' experience managing healthcare multi-phasedrenovation and new construction projects. For Associate's or Bachelor's Degree- Minimum of five years' experience managing heatlhcare multi-phased renovationand new construction projects.
Preferred - Minimum of 10 years'experience managing healthcare multi-phased renovation and new constructionprojects.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Drivers License | Valid DriversLicense
Required - ASHE's Health CareConstruction Certificate must be obtained within 1 year of hire/appointment.
Preferred - ASHE CertifiedFacility Constructor or
ASHE Certified HealthcareFacility Manager
