This position works as a consultant for leaders and staff to support the strategies and tactics to fulfill our brand promise. The Patient Experience Consultant, under the direction of the Senior Patient Experience Manger and/or Executive Director, develops relationships with leaders and staff to provide coaching and guidance on continuous improvement efforts for the patient experience work.EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's DegreeEXPERIENCE:
Required: 1-2 years in healthcare or customer service.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
