This position provides clerical and customer servicesupport at the central operations desk for Offsite Distribution Center and SWCourier departments. This position playsa vital role in communication, workload processing, customer service, anddispatch with a wide variety of customer requests. The position requiresMicrosoft Office skills and ability to navigate other Windows based computerprograms, telephones, paging systems, copy and fax machines to facilitateroutine and emergency communication. Involves extensive telephone interactionwith Cone Health staff, leaders, and vendors. Candidates must be able to read, write, speak and understandEnglish. Strong positive customerservice skills are essential. Timely and accurate typing skills along with theability to decipher, input, and track data are a must.EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
2-4 years with High School diploma or equivalent, Administrative support, Required
1-2 years with Associate degree, Administrative support, Required
1 year with Bachelor's degree, Administrative support, Required
Healthcare experience preferred.
