This position provides customer support, planning, analysis and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and all of its remote hardware, peripherals, applications, operation, and service delivery mechanisms utilized within Cone Health. EDUCATION:

5 Years, Related Experience Required for High School Diploma
3 Years, Related Experience Required for Associate's Degree
1 Year, Related Experience Required for Bachelor's Degree
High School plus 5 years experience in related field or Associate degree plus 3 years experience in related field or Bachelor Degree plus 1 year experience. At least 1 - 3 years working with telecommunications required.
Preferred: Prior PBX experience. Prior VoIP experience. Prior experience in completing site surveys and creating detailed documentation. Prior telecommunications experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
