Responsible for leading Cone Health's talent team including, but not limited to talent attraction, onboarding, workforce planning and data analysis responsibilities. This role will be asked to be proactive in driving innovation, change management, and process improvements and to assist in building a visible and engaged talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for monitoring best practices and for networking outside of the system to position Cone Health as a best in class candidate destination.EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant fields.
Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields. EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5-7 years of human resources experience with 3-5 years of a strong talent acquisition background. 3-5 years of Human Resources leadership experience.
Preferred: Strong change management experience, lean experience, process improvement.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
SHRM-(S)CP, (S)PHR, and/or CHHR to be obtained within one year from hire
Valid Driver's License
