The Nutrition Clerk is an ambassador for Dining Services, whom will answer incoming phone calls from patients, nursing staff, ancillary staff and physicians in the Diet Office with professional conduct at all times. This person is the liaison between patients, nursing staff, ancillary staff and physicians and the Dining Services tray line and host/hostess staff. The Diet Clerk will be responsible for taking and entering patient's meal selections that are compliant with prescribed diets into the meal ordering program on the computer. This person will examine diet orders and menus, process new diets and changes as required, may deliver supplements and tube feedings to nursing units, and maintain appropriate documentation of additional trays and food items requested. EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE:
Required: Customer Service 3-5 years
