Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.000000 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30, early morning and evenings activities | On Call: NOJOB SUMMARY: Provides leadership and oversight for the development, expansion and facilitation of Employee Health & wellness services for business clients. Responsible for increasing the volume/revenue of Occupational Health Services through sales calls and ongoing relationships with HR Directors, Insurance Brokers, Safety Coordinators or other key decision makers for businesses within our market. Conducts specific marketing activities, including monthly newsletter, website page, health fairs, and business events to maintain and develop relationships with current and potential referral sources. Schedules follow up meetings with potential or current clients and the appropriate Manager in order to complete the sale. Works closely with other departments, including THN and CHMG, in order to stay abreast of programs and changes which will impact potential partnerships with local businesses.
EDUCATION: Required - Bachelor's Degree
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Health-related field, Human Resources, Marketing, Business or Communication strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE: Required -
Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits management, healthcare or healthcare related sales and marketing.
5 years of sales and/or health care experience preferred.
Track record of successful sales experience.
Experience marketing occupational health, wellness, fitness, or disease management preferred.
