These roles include all RNs/LPNs, CMAs, Ultrasonographers, CT Techs, MRI Techs, Interventional Technology, and Respiratory Therapists.
Referral Bonus
$6,000 referral bonus for full-time roles (30 hours or more per week)
$3,000 prorated referral bonus for PRN and part-time roles (fewer than 30 hours per week)

These roles include Nurse Techs at Penn Center only, Paramedics/EMTs, Surgical Technologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Medical Technologists/Medical Laboratory Technologists, Occupational Therapists, Phlebotomist, Sterile Processing Techs, Cytology Techs, Pharmacy Techs, Physical Therapists and Mechanic I/Mechanic II.
Referral Bonus
$3,000 referral bonus for full-time roles (30 hours or more per week)
$1,500 prorated referral bonus for PRN and part-time roles (fewer than 30 hours per week)

$15,000 referral bonus for full-time roles (32 hours or more per week)
$7,500 prorated referral bonus for part-time roles (20-31 hours per week)

Earned referral bonuses will be paid out on the first paycheck following the referred team member's completion of six months of employment at Cone Health. Standard taxes and withholdings may apply; a separate W-2 form may be received for any referral bonuses.
Both the referred employee and the referring team member must be employed at the time of the bonus payout.
The Team Member Referral Program is open to all team members in the organization except those defined below:
1) Employed at the Assistant Director level or above.
2) Employed within the People + Culture department.
3) Employed with direct hiring influence on the position to which the referral is hired.
4) Employed in a temporary or contract role. Current employees also cannot refer a current contract employee.

Ensure that your referral knows to reference your name in their application and during their phone interview with Talent Acquisition. We also accept general referrals, but those referrals will not be tied to a bonus payout.
- Rehires that have worked for Cone Health within the past year
- Persons currently working as temporary or contract employees at Cone Health
- Persons hired into Premium Flex roles or Campus Based Premium Flex roles
- Persons hired into the New Graduate RN Residency Program, LPN Extern Program or the Extern Program
- Internal transfers
