Cone Health makes discretionary contributions for you into a 401(a) account. There is a three-year vesting period for this tax-advantaged growth account.
403(b) Option
Cone Health’s voluntary 403(b) savings plan allows for both pre- and post-tax contributions to your retirement. The post-tax contributions can be made in a Roth 403(b) account.
