Education and Childcare
Education is important and we are happy to help support our team members with loan and tuition support and their families with options to help plan and pay for higher education. Cone Health partners with Bright Horizons for college counseling and tutoring.
Our partnership with Bright Horizons provides childcare for our team members at the Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, Moses Cone Hospital and Wesley Long Hospital campuses in Greensboro. The Woodmont Center is available to employees who live and/or work in the Reidsville area. Bright Horizons also provides adult, elder and back-up childcare options.
Paid Annual Leave

Paid Parental Leave
All full-time and part-time benefits-eligible team members are eligible for four weeks of paid paternal leave to care for and bond as a parent with a newborn child, newly adopted child, new foster care child or with a child newly placed in their legal custody.
