ThePeople Solutions Center Team Lead is the immediate leader for the PeopleSolutions Navigator, who serve as the first point of contact for employees whoneed assistance with HR-related questions or issues. The Lead will provideguidance, management and development opportunities for the representatives. Thelead will guide the team in quickly assessing employee needs and utilizingsystem resources to accurately and efficiently provide direction or resolutionto the employee and/or engage appropriate escalation resources for assistance.The lead will assist the representatives in concern resolution and escalationof concerns to the appropriate resource. The lead will be responsible formonitoring employee performance through the use of metrics and observation andutilize data to proactively assist in identifying areas of opportunity for theorganization. The lead will be responsible for partnering with HR Centers ofExcellence and other areas of the organization to maintain accurate data in theknowledge base. This is a working lead role in which the lead will also haveresponsibility for resolving incoming inquiries and requests. In allinteractions, the lead will exhibit iCARE behaviors and fulfill theorganization's brand promise by providing exceptional customer service.EDUCATION:
3years experience in a call center environment and/or Human Resources rolerequired.
HealthcareHuman Resource experience preferred.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
SHRM-CP or PHR or CCHR Preferred
