Job Description
LOCATION: CHAPS Building, THNM-Quality Informatics
CITY: Greensboro
JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: 8am- 5pm | On Call: NO
JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Performance Specialist is responsible for supporting THN by assisting with assessments, data collection, data analysis, recommendations, project implementation, summarization of findings, and evaluation of programs related to quality. The Quality Performance Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development of education on required quality metrics with all contracted THN entities within THN practices. This position will collaborate with contracted entities to ensure methodologies are in place to achieve quality benchmarks.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
High School Diploma/GED
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 year of healthcare experience
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
Valid Driver's License | Valid Driver's License
(If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management.)
