LOCATION: Moses Cone Hospital, MHC-EchoLab

CITY: Greensboro

JOBDETAILS: Exempt:No | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: 8 hour days; rotating weekends,holidays | On Call: YES

JOBSUMMARY: Thisposition requires a registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer (RDCS) by theAmerican Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or registeredcardiac sonographer (RCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
Performsvarious cardiac ultrasound procedures under the supervision of the chieftechnical sonographer.
Deliversexcellent customer service utilizing Relationship Based Care to advocate forsafety, patient preferences, and optimal communication through partnering withpatients/families and colleagues, including all internal and external customers

EDUCATION:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:Associates

EXPERIENCE:

Preferred: 1 year, Healthcare - Allied Health

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:

Required:
RDCS | Reg Dx Cardiac Sonographer
RCS | Registered Cardiac Sonographer
RDCS or RCS from ARDMS or CCI.
If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experienceand MVR must be approved by Risk Management.
