Job Description

LOCATION: MedCenter High Point, HSD-Prop Mgmt High Point
CITY: High Point

Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: 8am - 5pm | On Call: NO

This position ensures optimal collaboration and cooperation among the services at the Cone Health MedCenter campuses. The role acts as an intermediary to fulfill our brand promise of being "there with you." This is accomplished through leadership and engagement that will emphasize best practices, communication, organizational skills, employee engagement, and successful planning of community engagement events. The intent is to increase the patient and consumer loyalty (i.e. the share of a patient's total care received at Cone Health) and have an overall engaged and viable campus.

Required: Bachelors degree

Required: 3-5 years of management, people management, customer service, event planning, or other related experience required.
Preferred: Computer proficient with Microsoft, Excel, work, power point, email, etc.
