CITY: Greensboro

JOB DETAILS:
Exempt: Yes | FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week) | Schedule: M-F | On Call: NO

JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Director, Leadership and Employee Development is responsible for creating, improving, and deploying strategy, processes, and programs for enterprise wide employee, physician, and leadership development. This role serves as an internal expert on improving organizational performance by linking Cone Health strategic priorities with a comprehensive people development strategy. Collaborates with leaders and facilitates learning to drive a performance-based, empowering, diverse and inclusive culture.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields
Preferred: Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or other relevant fields

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Five or more years of end-to-end employee and leadership organizational development experience (i.e. facilitation of programs, curriculum design, coaching leaders, LMS administration, e-learning development, etc.) and leading a team of learning professionals. Proven experience leading a high performing employee and leadership development team; ability to drive organizational results
Preferred: Experience in various industries, not limited to healthcare

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:
Certified/qualified to administer various talent assessment tools/inventories
Valid Driver's License

Preferred:
Coaching certification
