JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for the training of all new Cone Health Medical Group (CHMG) personnel, as well as ongoing training of existing staff, on all Cone Health Link (CHL) applications related to revenue cycle (including but not limited to lesson plan preparation and edits, class registration, class scheduling, as well as teach clinic schedule and registration, charge capture, billing and coding) and other computer applications. Help develop system procedures, training materials and training schedules. Incumbent will also perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other issues associated with CHL revenue cycle applications. Collaborates with CHL team members and physician office Super Users to assist in design, validation and implementation of current workflows and best practices with CHL. Will assist in the coordination and dissemination of CHL user standards that are developed by CHL Advisory Committees. Assists with development of CHMG training policies and CHMG training department goals and objectives.
Bachelors -Computer Science - Preferred Additional Information:
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Experience in Revenue Cycle and Billing
Knowledge of EPIC Revenue Cycle applications
Prior training experience along with excellent computer skills.
After hire, must satisfactorily complete a Credentialed Trainers Course in the first six (6) months that will include functional training on the application that they will teach, and information about the specific workflows that they will be responsible to teach.
