Manages the Cone Health leave and disability process to include acting as liaison with 3rd party vendor, general administration, comprehensive case management, data analysis, strategic program recommendations and program compliance with all related state and federal laws. Acts as the subject matter expert to coach, train and advise internal customers regarding all leave and disability policies, procedures and laws.
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Required: 5 years prior Human Resources experience
Preferred: Leave of absence administration with a large organization; Human Resource Management experience.
Valid Driver's License
