JOB SUMMARY :
First point of contact/respondent for leadership and employee inquiries covering general Human Resources policy/procedures and administration. Partners with campus Employee Partnership Manager and Specialist on HR related tasks and projects. Assists with the facilitation of consistent practices and programs to promote diversity and employee partnership in the workplace.
Required: Associates Degree and 2 years of HR experience or Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Employee Relations experience
1 year experience in Healthcare - Human Resources - Required
Required: 1 year of demonstrated Human Resource Generalist experience to include Employee Relations required
Preferred: Healthcare experience
SHRM-CP, PHR or CHHR preferred
